Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and agents.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable packaging machinery solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
7+ years of sales experience in packaging machinery or capital equipment industry.
Strong technical understanding of packaging machines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
